In a significant initiative to promote environmental conservation, sustainable livelihoods, and community participation, Harit Sansar, under the leadership of Rajeev Singh and Rimi Singh, organised the free distribution of 2,100 mango saplings at its office campus in Giridih, Jharkhand.
The campaign witnessed enthusiastic participation from farmers, women, youth, students, children, and local residents, who joined the movement with a shared commitment to creating a greener and more prosperous future.

Speaking on the occasion, Rajeev Singh, Founder of Harit Sansar and Sansar Green Mission Pvt. Ltd., said that the initiative is not merely about distributing saplings but about creating a long-term environmental and economic movement.
“Our vision is to ensure that every family is connected with greenery, nutrition, environmental responsibility, and sustainable income. A fruit-bearing tree planted today can provide benefits for decades through cleaner air, better nutrition, biodiversity conservation, and additional household income.”
Rimi Singh, Director of Sansar Green Mission Pvt. Ltd. and a driving force behind Harit Sansar’s community initiatives, emphasized the importance of public participation, women-led environmental action, and family involvement in plantation campaigns.

Five Mango Trees for Every Family
As part of its flagship campaign, Harit Sansar has launched the initiative:
“Five Mango Trees for Every Family.”
Under this campaign, each participating family receives five mango saplings free of cost, encouraging households to establish their own fruit gardens while contributing to the green cover of Giridih and Jharkhand.
The campaign will continue across villages, panchayats, educational institutions, and urban localities in the coming months, with the objective of reaching thousands of families.
