His educational qualifications include MBA (Indian Institute of Management), Master of Management Studies (MMS), and Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.), providing a strong foundation for strategic leadership, entrepreneurship, and sustainable business development.

Rajeev believes that the future of Indian agriculture will be shaped by the convergence of science, technology, and sustainability. Under his leadership, Sansar Green is developing next-generation agricultural solutions in the areas of bio-fertilizers, microbial technologies, bio-stimulants, plant nutrition, soil health management, natural farming, climate-smart agriculture, and AI-enabled agricultural systems.
