Harit Sansar Launches a Landmark Plantation Drive
In a major step towards environmental conservation and sustainable rural development, Harit Sansar, founded by Rajeev Singh, successfully organized a Free Mango Sapling Distribution Program in Giridih, Jharkhand, distributing 2,100 mango saplings to local families, farmers, women, and youth.
The initiative reflects Harit Sansar’s vision of creating a greener future while empowering communities through fruit-based plantation and long-term livelihood opportunities.

Guided by the slogan:
“एक पेड़, एक परिवार, एक बेहतर कल”
(One Tree, One Family, One Better Tomorrow)
the campaign encouraged every family to plant and nurture fruit-bearing trees that would benefit both the environment and future generations.
Participants were inspired not only to plant trees but also to protect them until they mature, ensuring lasting environmental and economic benefits.
Rajeev Singh Inspires Community Participation
During the event, Rajeev Singh, Founder of Harit Sansar and Director of Sansar Green Mission Pvt. Ltd., personally distributed mango saplings to villagers and appealed to citizens to actively participate in making Giridih greener.
Speaking at the event, he said:
“A tree is not just a plant; it is an investment in clean air, better health, food security, employment, and the future of our children. If every family plants and protects five trees, we can transform our villages into greener and more prosperous communities.”
He further emphasized that fruit trees such as mango create long-term economic opportunities through fruit production, nursery development, processing, packaging, and local entrepreneurship.

Unlike conventional plantation drives, Harit Sansar’s campaign combines environmental protection with rural economic development.
